Sometimes clients of our agency are interested in a partnership arrangement or sharing in investment projects. The advantage for the client is local knowledge of doing business in Montenegro. This can range from accessing local skilled tradesmen to communicating with local businesses and agencies. Monte Imobilia is happy to enter into joint venture equity arrangements for such projects.
